He has extensive experience in leading agile teams and honing processing, and continuously strives for excellence in quality, alignment, commitment, and ownership.
Govind has contributed to steering organizations toward agile frameworks, effective PMO functions, and hassle-free entrepreneurial operating systems (EOS). During his career, he has built high-performing agile product development teams from the ground up for multiple organizations and transformed an organization of over 300 employees by helping them adopt the agile framework. In the past, he has worked in various domains including, but not limited to, eCommerce, print and digital distribution, banking and finance, energy, and healthcare.
Govind has also been a reviewer for the PMBOK guide which was a PMI India initiative. In his free time, he enjoys coding, photography, and going to the gym.
