Prashant (Phil) as a Director at Nitor comes in with 15+ years of expertise in IT, ITES, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, and BFSI domains. Along with functional and domain expertise, he brings to the table expertise in product management business + tech consulting and organizational change management backed by an MBA from The University of Sheffield, England.
Phil's expertise is backed by certifications like Prince2 Practitioner, RPA, Enterprise automation, Data & Business Analytics, and Six-Sigma black belt. He is also a certified Agile coach and has worked extensively in agile transformations. His close network recognizes him as innovative, strategic, thought leader, and a problem solver.
During his leisure time, Phil works as a Leadership and Life Coach and guides youth and millennials on living a purposeful and fulfilling life. He loves sports and doesn’t let go any opportunities to play table tennis, pool, go horse riding, and swimming. He loves to spend time with his son and wife traveling and exploring places. He has also represented his state in Cricket, participated in two world championships of Kyokushin Karate, and is a Black Belt 3rd Dan (Sandan, a certified Karate coach).
