C.E. Potnis - Managing Director
Having spent 28 years in IT industry, in India and abroad, Mr. Potnis has in-depth understanding of know-how of the industry. Since last more than 12 years, Mr. Potnis has been providing the vision and strategic leadership to various companies. At Nitor, his well-planned novel initiatives have given the company a long term and scalable growth.

Prior to joining Nitor, Mr. Potnis lead a large group of companies in APAC, Middle East and South Africa. He was also associated with Kale Consultants as Vice President where he was heading the large Banking and Healthcare Business Units. In past, he has also been a director on board of many companies in India and abroad.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay, Mr. Potnis lives in Pune with family. He enjoys reading, mentoring budding entrepreneurs and nurturing young talent.

Sanjeev Fadnavis - President
With over 21 years of experience in setting up business units and making them profitable, Sanjeev manages all the India operations for Nitor. He looks after supporting and nurturing the present growth from existing markets and also expanding operations in new markets. Under Sanjeev’s guidance and mentorship, Nitor teams help companies with their Offshore Product Development initiatives through value added partnering. .

Prior to Nitor Infotech, Sanjeev was heading the business development activities for India and Asia Pacific for Harbinger Group’s software products in the capacity of Vice President. With his diversified and rich experience in various industry verticals such as Petroleum, Power, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, Sanjeev provides the broader and deeper perspective to Nitor operations. He has earlier worked with organizations like Suzlon Energy Limited, Thermax and Praj.

Sanjeev holds an Engineering degree and also a Master’s degree in Management Science from Symbiosis Institute of business Management, India’s one of the leading business management schools.
